So excited to share that it is time once again. Shawanda Wellness is offering free meditation in our classroom on Wednesday evenings 7:30-8:30 pm. This is set up as a drop in class but out of courtesy to our facilitator please notify Sara by email or phone if you would like to attend. Details on the attached poster.
